Job Description
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe transportation.
- Follow designated routes and schedules, and adapt to alternative routes when necessary due to traffic or road conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with loading and unloading luggage or goods.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition, reporting any issues to management. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate schedules and activities.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety, and conduct. Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise during transportation, prioritizing the safety and well-being of passengers and cargo.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
- Continuously monitor and maintain awareness of surroundings, road conditions, and potential hazards.
