Job Description
Maxim de Humana International Inc. is hiring 36 full-time, on-site Molding Operators at Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite. Eligible applicants include high school graduates, junior/senior high school students, college undergraduates, or vocational graduates. Manufacturing experience is optional but preferred.
- Requirements: 20/20 visual acuity, willingness to work day/night shifts, accept overtime, and stand for extended periods.
- Benefits: free medical care, free uniform, position allowance, government-mandated benefits, and health insurance.
- Attendance incentives: regular employees receive PHP 300 quarterly and PHP 1,00 annually; probationary employees receive 10 kg rice (up to six months); both probationary and regular employees receive 2.5 kg rice monthly.
