Job Description
As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the development team, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. You will be involved in site selection, feasibility studies, zoning regulations, and obtaining necessary permits. You will also be responsible for managing contracts and negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field. Previous experience in project management and knowledge of real estate development processes are crucial. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
