Job Description
Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Search Firm, is recruiting a District Sales Manager for a multinational pharmaceutical company. This role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, is crucial for the growth of the North Luzon territory. The primary responsibility is to sell the company’s ethical products to doctors in various specialties through tailored marketing strategies. The office is located in Makati City, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales targets are met by assisting the team in analyzing, organizing, prioritizing, and executing territory plans.
- Use problem-solving skills to create and implement action plans based on thorough territory analysis, collaborating with associates.
- Lead the team in building and managing customer relationships, exceeding sales goals, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Motivate and manage individuals and teams through coaching, career development, and performance management.
- Foster an environment that values coaching and feedback for improved performance.
- Provide support, coaching, and encouragement to associates as they acquire new skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a district sales manager in pharmaceutical companies.
- At least three (3) years of experience in handling anti-infective, gastro, and pain drugs.
- Strong sales, business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
