Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified IT Support Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT support team and ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems. Duties include providing technical support, leading troubleshooting efforts, and managing IT projects.
The IT Support Lead should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in IT support. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
