Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of NOC IT Specialist. The NOC IT Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, providing technical support to end-users, performing system and network installations and upgrades, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations, and documenting network configurations and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
