Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Information Technology Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful IT events and conferences.
Your main duties will include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations. You will be responsible for managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and handling logistics. Additionally, you will oversee event marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials and coordinating with marketing teams.
As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in IT event management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure is essential. Experience in budget management, vendor negotiation, and event marketing is highly desirable.
