Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team. As an HR Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues
  • Assist in managing employee performance evaluations and goal-setting processes
  • Conduct training sessions on HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to employee relations and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
