Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Key Affiliate Manager, your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate partners, ensuring maximum performance and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network
- Negotiate and manage contracts with affiliates to meet revenue and growth targets
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to affiliates to maximize their success
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and implement effective strategies to optimize conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive in the market
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
