Job Description
Position: Accounting Supervisor
Job Code: 435755
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee the budgeting process, working closely with department managers
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
