Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Supervisor to join our team. As a Credit Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of credit operations.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing credit data, evaluating creditworthiness, and making credit decisions based on established guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of credit analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis and supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
