Job Description
Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational food and beverage manufacturing company. Our respected client is looking for a Senior HR Generalist responsible for overseeing the local country HR operation functions including payroll and general administrative services. The work setup is Hybrid, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The office is located at Ortigas, Pasig City.
Payroll:
- Manage payroll and tax reporting in line with local laws.
- Create payroll-related reports.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Ensure adherence to immigration, labor laws, and data privacy standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR initiatives into business operations.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Contribute to HR projects, like implementing HRIS systems or improving processes.
- Support organizational development efforts.
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong payroll background.
- Good working knowledge and experience in HR practices in a progressive multi-national environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance.
Salary: Php70,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month
