Job Description
The Service Delivery Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the service delivery team. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure that service delivery standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all activities of the service delivery team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflows and resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
