Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. Your main duties will include analyzing clients’ business requirements, designing solution architectures, configuring applications, and providing training and support to end-users. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality and best practices, as well as experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Proficiency in configuring and extending Dynamics 365 modules
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP concepts
- Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems is a plus
