Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection and Credit Control Specialist to join our team. As a Collection and Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our company’s credit and collections activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, monitoring customer accounts, conducting credit checks, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address credit-related issues and implement effective collection strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate credit applications
- Monitor accounts and perform collection activities
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve customer disputes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes
