Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Payments Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Payments Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our payment products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer requirements, market trends, and industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, roadmap, and strategy. Additionally, you will work closely with the engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of payment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify payment product opportunities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user insights and business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize feature development
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality payment product solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive product improvements and optimization
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or fintech
- Strong knowledge of payments industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing payment products
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
