Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries.
- Proactively identify and assess customer needs to offer appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
