Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Record-to-Report (R2R) tower operations and leading a team of professionals.
As the R2R Tower Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports, managing the financial closing process, and supporting the implementation of financial policies and procedures. You will also be involved in identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiency within the R2R tower.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of managing complex financial processes. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience working with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.
