Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for a 6 months BPO position. The role involves working in a Business Process Outsourcing environment for a period of six months. You will be responsible for handling a range of tasks related to the outsourced business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Providing efficient support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Generating reports and analyzing data
- Collaborating with team members to achieve set targets
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
