Job Description
Fully remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) role with Watchers Digital. The SDR will be responsible for generating sales appointments for leading companies (such as RingCentral). The role primarily involves heavy outbound prospecting requiring the SDR to make 200 cold calls per day via an auto dialer, with the goal of setting 10 billable meetings a month — a quota that current agents are able to achieve. Comprehensive training on technology platform will be provided with ongoing support to facilitate successful appointment conversion.
P50K-P60K base pay plus up to P50K / P100K / P150K in commissions per month depending on billable meetings set.
Qualifications:
- Proven outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment-setting experience
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate and manage sales pipelines
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work
- Proficiency in business development
- Prior experience in the technology and SaaS industry is advantageous.
