Job Description
We are hiring a Program Site Assistant to join our team in Clark Pampanga. As a Program Site Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our program site, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation of activities.
Your main duties will include assisting with site logistics, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory, and providing administrative support to the program managers. You will also help in organizing events, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of program management will be an advantage.
