Job Description
Position: Inventory Auditor
Reports To: The Auditor will report to the Team Leader.
Job Overview:
- Conduct inventory audit services for clients.
- Perform physical inventory at various locations.
- Conduct authorized operational audit affairs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Obtain necessary documents for inventory procedures.
- Synchronize Handy Terminal (HT) with the audit system.
- Ensure compliance with inventory counting procedures.
- Prepare and complete all necessary documents related to inventory counting.
- Reconcile documents to determine inventory balance.
- Conduct recounts of items with variances and resolve with store manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
