RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate customer requirements and deploy solutions
- Provide customer and technical support
- Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- No experience required but preferred
- Knowledgeable in Window-based OS, networking, and basic programming concepts
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills required
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
