Job Description
- Available USA, Central time Monday – Friday from 8am to 3pm.
- Available on Skype, Zoom, or phone during this entire time
- Must have perfect grammar/spelling and well-spoken English
- Tasks include taking detailed notes, following up with clients, setting tasks for team members, and interviewing potential new team members
- Required knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google search for solutions, & Google Drive
- Full extension of CEO in managing tasks and team coordination
CEO is seeking an assistant to shadow all actions, sit in meetings, take notes, learn to task and execute requirements, and ensure team tasks are completed.
Responsibilities include meeting timelines, ensuring task completion with team members, and carrying authority within the company.
