- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Customer Service and Resolving Issues
- Problem-Solving and Multitasking
- Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite or hybrid
- High School/SHS Graduate
- Open to candidates without BPO/Call Center experience
- Average to Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,500.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
