Job Description
- Procurement of goods and services including raw materials and other Engineering requirements.
- Requests and negotiates competitive quotations from external providers.
- Evaluates proposals, quotes, and bids to select appropriate external providers.
- Collaborates with other departments for supplier evaluation and qualification.
- Reviews purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepares purchase orders and ensures timely delivery and pricing accuracy.
- Monitors purchase orders and material deliveries to end users.
- Prepares and distributes Purchase Requisition/Purchase Orders/Delivery Receipt/Sales Invoice.
