Job Description
1) To perform relieving duties and provide onsite support for Facilities Engineers, Technical Supervisors or site leads.
2) Performs daily inspection of facility/building systems including but not limited to HVAC, safety and security, electromechanical, plumbing, etc.
3) Monitor, operate and provides routine maintenance of critical equipment and other facility related equipment.
4) Monitors activities and keeps records of preventive and corrective maintenance programs conducted by SKF Technicians or outside vendors responsible for the upkeep of cooling system, generator set, elevator and other electrical and electronics equipment.
5) Plans and prepares work schedule for Technicians or contractors, ensuring works are done on time and with minimal or no interruption to building service and operations.
6) Reports routine activities and incidents to immediate superiors and key personnel.
7) Coordinates and acts in accordance to the priorities especially on emergency situations.
8) Does turn over work and activities to next on duty personnel, if any
9) Carry out any other duties as assigned by the client, site lead, Operations Manager, Directors.
