Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to support teams.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain professionalism in customer service.
Job Qualifications:
- High School/ALS Graduate with 6 months experience.
- Office-based position with strong English skills.
- Must attend on-site interview in Pasig.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
