Job Description
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production workers
- Ensure production targets and quality standards
- Optimize production processes
- Train and mentor staff
- Collaborate to resolve issues
- Implement safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a production supervisor
- Knowledge of production processes and machinery
- Proficient in forklift operation and machining
- Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits:

- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
