Job Description
The Special Projects Coordinator manages and executes strategic projects within the company, ensuring alignment with company goals, timely completion, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the food industry and regulatory requirements.

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
