Job Description
The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, overseeing areas such as Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. The team in Manila analyzes operational KPIs, conducts root cause analysis, and ensures smooth processes.
- Oversee inbound process and team members to achieve KPIs and targets
- Manage employee schedules and attendance
- Ensure skilled workforce readiness for future challenges
- Continuous improvement of SOPs for efficiency
- Ensure timely processing of deliveries and transfers in the warehouse
- Provide internal performance reports
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing preferred
- Strong ownership and operational discipline
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience with a focus on process improvement
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Willingness to work in Davao
