Job Description
The Operations teams at Shopee manage the end-to-end operational processes, analyzing KPIs, and handling various operational tasks. This position involves validating inventory items, managing warehouse costs, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Validate inventory items and manage warehouse movement
- Minimize warehouse costs through efficient inventory reconciliation
- Approve/reject cycle counts and handle damage claims
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- 1-3 years experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, or Logistics
- Strong operational discipline and problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Proficient in MS Excel and open to relocation to Davao
