Job Description
The Operations team at Shopee oversees the end-to-end operational process, ensuring smooth transactions from product search to delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and managing departments like Customer Service, Payment, Warehouse, and more.
- Oversee inbound process and team to meet KPIs
- Manage employee schedules and attendance
- Ensure skilled staff allocation and development
- Implement SOP enhancements for efficiency
- Monitor timely processing of deliveries
- Report non-conformance or discrepancies
- Ensure immediate processing of incoming transfers
- Provide performance reports to Warehouse Lead
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- 1-3 years experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing
- Strong ownership and operational discipline
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience with attention to process improvement
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Applications
- Skilled in reading, understanding, and reporting data
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems
- Willing to work in Bulacan
