Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
We’re hiring an experienced customer support representative for inbound calls regarding account inquiries and support. Non-sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide support
- Respond to emails
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
- Experience with inbound voice accounts
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable/settlements
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8pm-5am (PH Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 per month
