Job Description
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- A kind, nice, and patient demeanor, ensuring positive interactions and support for all stakeholders.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Previous experience in billing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers in setting up the vendor portal to become DOE employees.
- Manage the entire vendor approval process.
- Handle invoicing for each session and ensure accurate entry into Dragon software monthly.
- Input sessions into Dragon at month-end and download invoices.
- Review and verify all submitted invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a third-party administrator for invoicing services.
- Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to offer the company’s services to providers.

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary.
