Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud and Claims Operations Representative to join our team in the Blended Support department. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving fraud cases, processing claims, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and excellent communication skills. Experience in fraud detection or claims processing is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training.
