Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Client Relations to lead our client services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include overseeing client account management, developing strong client partnerships, and creating and executing client retention strategies. The VP of Client Relations will also collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in client outreach efforts.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in a similar role in the industry is preferred.
