Job Description
Job Summary
This position conducts company orientation, covering history, HR policies, benefits, and operations-related trainings for new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or Psychology.
- Minimum six (6) months work experience, food industry experience preferred.
- Computer literate with average communication skills.
- Strong human relations, leadership skills, ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays at times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Pay: Php16,823.75 – Php17,823.75 per month
