Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services. You will be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to their challenges.
You will work closely with the sales and product teams to onboard new customers, conduct training sessions, and gather feedback for product improvements. Your goal is to ensure customer retention and drive upsell opportunities through excellent service delivery.
