Job Description
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year experience in customer service
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel / MS Word
- Keen to details
- Preferably living in Makati or near Makati area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
