Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality standards
- Train, mentor, and lead production team for achieving targets
- Monitor processes, ensure safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness
- Collaborate with quality control to maintain product specifications
- Manage inventory, troubleshoot issues, and enforce SOPs
- Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and promote a positive work environment
- Requirements:
- – Proven experience in food production supervision
- – Knowledge of production standards, leadership, and organizational skills
- – Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- – Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- – Certification in HACCP or other relevant certifications preferred
- – Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mexico, Pampanga: Relocation preferred
Experience:
- 1 year in the food industry preferred
