Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- CPA or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year audit and financial controls experience
- Joint venture experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Translate financial analysis into business opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build a network to resolve business issues
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance and plans
- Support decision-making with data analysis
- Maximize revenue and cost efficiency
- Oversee bookkeeping and financial submissions
- Manage financial forecasts and business drivers
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Test control effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Communicate control gaps for remedial actions
