Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback
- Create a positive work environment, ensure policy adherence
- Implement best practices, oversee recruitment, training
- Facilitate inter-department communication, ensure safety compliance
- Oversee operations of 10 stores
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Schedule:
- Flextime, Monday to Friday, weekends
Supplemental Pay:

Experience:
- Retail & FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
