Job Description
Job Summary
- Provides utmost customer service by satisfying guests’ needs following the Company’s standard dining system accordingly
- Writes down orders clearly and systematically to ensure that foods will come out from the kitchen in correct sequence
- Proactively suggest food items to the customer
- Coordinates with the Kitchen dispatcher to ensure quality and consistency in the food presentation and to see if foods have been properly called out
- Will also be trained to be a barista and/or cashier in the long run
Job Type / Category
- Candidate must be willing to work on a full-time basis
- Must be willing to work on shifting hours, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long hours
- Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s / College of any field
- Must be able to at least understand, write, and/or confidently speak basic English
- Must be professional, a team player, and have a pleasing personality
- Must be willing to be trained and assigned to different branches as needed
- Must have the desire to constantly improve oneself
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
