Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Liquigaz Philippines Corporation, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving customers’ orders through various channels.
- Ensuring accuracy of orders in the system.
- Creating Sales Orders and Daily Order Summary.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints.
- Coordinating with Logistics for timely delivery.
- Seeking approvals for special customer orders.
- Assisting Business Development Executives with ordering and delivery issues.
- Calling customers for order placements.
- Creating tickets for customer complaints.
