Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal and Compliance Head (Assistant Vice President) to specialize in the insurance industry at Cobden and Carter Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters, compliance regulations, and risk management in insurance.
Main responsibilities include ensuring company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, creating and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing legal guidance for insurance operations.
