Job Description
Responsibilities
- Will be on the phone and/or emailing most of the day.
- Focus on calling on roughly 1200 submitted quotes to be touched monthly.
- Assist customers with approvals/rejections and questions from the auto-quote resubmission bot.
- Will update contact information and resubmit quotes as needed.
Requirements
- With at least 2-3 years relevant experience, and with the ability to use basic Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Amenable to work US hours/fixed night shift, including holidays and overtime.
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once work in office resumes.
