Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by managing sales pipeline, prioritizing prospects, and closing deals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers through effective presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a unified approach to achieving sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate records by documenting all sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in communication system to facilitate accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through self-learning, training programs, and attending relevant workshops or conferences.
