Job Description
The Parts Admin Staff is responsible for handling and monitoring the administrative functions of the Parts Department. He/She is also in charge of requesting parts and supplies, processing payments, and generating reports.
- Prepares Purchase Orders (PO), Receive Reports (RR), and receives Request for Payments (RFP) for non-Principal suppliers;
- Prepares Parts Requisition and Issue Slip (PRIS) for Sales Department transactions;
- Ensures the availability of accessories and free items needed by Sales Department and OTC customers;
- Maintains documents of Parts Department;
- Replenishes office supplies and other consumables of the Parts Department.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS applications.
- Willing to be assigned in Isuzu Commonwealth, Quezon City.
