Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Answer inbound customer calls 24/7 to open new support requests and provide updates.
- Update customer info in Connectwise Manage for call routing.
- Monitor call queues, service boards, and tickets for timely resolution.
- Prioritize customer tickets for SLA adherence.
- Organize tickets and client requests.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn complex systems
- Problem-solving and customer service focus

Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
